The subway is much like a casino where you have all kinds of people on site. Security personnel would have to rely on multiple surveillance systems, where each station has a separate surveillance system, to keep up with the big picture in the subway. Except that there's no table games nor slot machines.

The monthly contributing cost to have 2000 security service staff patrolling on the trains (1000 X 2 twelve-hour shifts) will be $1,536,000,000.

Security service staff will be paid an hourly rate or wage of $24 an hour, which will entitle them to obtain overtime hours. However, the above paragraph is based on salary, which does not include overtime.

It will require 200,000 contributors, out of 4 million riders, contributing $76.80 a month to have the aforementioned 2000 security service staff. They will be wearing a unique uniform which include rank insignias and carry certain equipment to perform the task. The focus is for them to persuade subjects off the train and to some, help them get back the life they once had. This includes unauthorized solicitors who sell merchandises for money, beg riders for money, and perform entertainment for money, on the train. The security teams will have resources enough to make this possible.

The NYC Subway Security staff will be using body cams to capture and study the behaviors of people on the train. Here we see two people who are homeless: a male with his head bowed down on the left and the woman with a coat over her lying horizontally on the right. Passengers were frustrated and could not sit down because the two were lying horizontally on the seat. The NYC Subway Security staff would have them relocated off the train.
